Stylus-R-Us feels - there is nothing better than a happy customer. We recognize however - there are times upon receiving your order - it may turn out not to be what you wanted. Should this be the case with you - we'll do our best to help with your return - because after all - we're shoppers too - establishing why we have a 30 Day Return Policy. Based on that....
.....providing the stylus is in mint condition - with no signs of trying to remove the tip from the stylus shaft – or signs of the tip being pushed up inside - due to violating instructions by jabbing too hard - (thus flattening the tip) - or signs of the stylus being "bent" or taken apart - you may return any (with the exception of Special Orders, Bulk Orders-more than 12 units, Limited Edition) stylus in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Stylus bought from our Discounted Buy Page only have a seven (7) Day Return Policy. Like all company's - the S&H is exempt. (sorry - no exceptions)
Please contact us at email@example.com BEFORE sending back your stylus. In that email - please attach a close-up photo of your stylus tip - for its initial inspection to secure it hasn't been pushed in or flattened out: both - direct signs of misuse and abuse - which there is no refund for. Providing there are no signs of misuse - we'll email you an RMA # and all the information you will need - for a fast and easy refund.
No company warranties anything - when abuse has been inflicted.

New as of 10-7-2013, 12:01 A.M, EST- All STYLUS-R-US Styli ( with the exception of any stylus bought in our Discounted Buy Page or any stylus purchased with a 25% or more discount : Bulk Orders, Disabled Discount, Free Stylus Promotions, which have a one (1) year warranty only), purchased from that date forward, have a life-time warranty covering the TIP ONLY.
You will only have to pay shipping in both directions, and we'll replace your stylus tip. Please read below for more information on how to send the stylus back for repair.
If we feel your returned stylus needs to be replaced (unable to replace the tip), and we no longer carry that model, we will replace it with one similar or email you to ask which of a certain number (of styli) would you like in place.
Life-Time Warranty is for the original purchaser/owner of an SRU stylus only - verifiable via PayPal receipt.
HOW TO SEND YOUR STYLUS FOR TIP REPLACEMENT
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your name, date of purchase, including a photo of the stylus. After we receive your email, we will contact you via email where we will let you know if we need any other information. After that, you will receive an email with an RMA # and information on how and where to send your stylus back. After you send your stylus back, please visit our REPLACEMENT SHIPPING FEE Page.
